Warranty Policy

        InMax warrants its products free from manufacturing defects against defects in materials and workmanship for the applicable period, as described in table as below, starting from the date of invoice.

Exclusion clause: 

·The damage caused by storage or installation in wrong way, misusing, abusing, change the usage.
·Products haven’t been used according to the user’s guide attached with the products.
·Unauthorized access to or amending.
·Using non-product specific components, accessories or peripherals.
·Damage by outside force bump, inbreaking of foreign object or other product/equipment.
·Any damage during the course of transit.
·Any damage by act of God.
·Series number is blurred or blotted out.
·By default, Purchaser receives above mentioned ‘standard warranty. On request, an ‘extended warranty’ or ‘customized project warranty’ can be agreed upon after evaluation of the specific application conditions.
